Live data

Microcontrollers and gateways send measurements over HTTPS and the charts update by themselves.

  • One key per device
  • Real-time charts and capability
  • Rule-based alarms
  • Examples for boards and gateways

SCADA generator

New

Draw screens, link tags to equipment, simulate and export an executable.

  • 2D and 3D screens with industrial symbols
  • Alarms, trends and recipes
  • OEE, reports and REST API

How it works

From the worksheet to the plant floor

One place to analyse the data, build the monitoring and take quality control to the line.

  1. Bring your data

Paste from any spreadsheet, import CSV, XLSX or JSON, or connect a device.

  2. Get suggestions

The start screen looks at your columns and suggests the right analyses, already filled in.

  3. Analyse and decide

Results with graphs and conclusions; ask the AI to interpret them.

  4. Take it to the line

Generate the SCADA, export the executable and connect it to your PLCs.

Calculations run on the server and the data you send is not kept there. Worksheets and results stay in your browser.

SCADA generator

Build a SCADA in minutes. Run it anywhere.

More than 50 HMI elements in 2D and in 3D, statistical process control inside the executable and security designed for the plant network.

  • Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, OPC UA and serial (Arduino / ESP32)
  • ISA-18.2-style alarms with priorities, on-delay and shelving
  • Control charts and capability running on the plant computer
  • Users, roles and a tamper-evident audit trail
  • OEE per shift, recipes, reports and notifications
  • AI drafts the screens from a description of your process

Engineering on Web

Design in CAD, simulate in FEA, analyse here

Analysis is part of Engineering on Web, together with the parametric 3D CAD and the finite element simulator. All three run in your browser.

Engineering on Web CAD

Parametric 3D modeling: sketches, parts, assemblies and technical drawings.

Engineering on Web FEA

Finite elements: structures, heat, fluids and electromagnetics.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. The analyses run in your browser. The SCADA you generate is a single executable: copy it to the plant computer and run it.

Where is my data stored?

Worksheets and results stay in your browser. Calculations run on the server and the data sent is not stored. The SCADA keeps history, the audit trail and users on the plant computer.

Which PLCs and devices are supported?

Any equipment that speaks Modbus TCP or RTU, MQTT, OPC UA or a simple text serial protocol, including PLCs, gateways, Arduino, ESP32 and Raspberry Pi. A built-in simulator lets you test without hardware.

Does the SCADA work without internet?

Yes. It runs entirely on your local network. Internet is only needed for optional features such as notifications.

Does it help in regulated environments?

It offers a tamper-evident audit trail, password confirmation for critical commands and mandatory reasons for changes — features that support good manufacturing practice. Formal validation of your process remains the company’s responsibility.

Does the HMI replace safety systems?

No. Emergency stops, interlocks and protections must stay in the PLC or in hardware. The SCADA supervises, records and sends confirmed commands.
